How long does delivery take?

UK orders arrive in 4–6 working days by tracked delivery, and delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders to the US and Canada take 6–8 working days.

Can I return a birdhouse?

Yes. You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind you pay the return postage. If we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and the return is free.

Do the multi-buy discounts apply automatically?

Yes. Add any 2 eligible items to your basket and 10% comes off; add 3 or more and 15% comes off. You will see the saving at checkout without entering a code.

Can I hang them or stand them up?

Each listing tells you how it mounts. Most hang from a metal ring or rope, and many also stand on their own base on a wall, post, shelf or windowsill.

Where is the best place to put a birdhouse?

Fix it 2–4 metres up on a tree, wall or post, facing between north and east so it avoids strong midday sun and the wettest winds, and keep it away from bird feeders.

How do I look after it?

Clean it out once a year between October and January, after the nesting season, using hot water only. A sheltered spot helps the painted finish last longer.
